Disability Support Worker

About the Company:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:
The participant is a 33yo male, he has a TBI from a car accident in 2021. He is independently mobile and lives with his parents.

Shifts

• Tuesdays 11am - 3pm
• Thursdays 11am - 3pm

Rates

• Day - $40 per hour

Duties

• Assistance with domestic tasks
• Assistance with grocery shopping
• Assistance with meal planning/preparation
• Assisting with community access + health and rehab appointments

Skills and experiences

• Australian Driver License
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
