About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a male participant located in Warwick, QLD 4370. The participant sustained a spinal cord injury from a motor vehicle accident.

The participant requires support Monday through to Sunday, in the morning (8:00 AM - 10:30 AM) and is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene support
• Bowel therapy
• Medication management
• Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use
• Domestic Tasks
• Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities

Pay Rates

• Day shift: $42.50/hour
• Saturday shift: $59.50/hour
• Sunday shift: $76.50/hour

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Australian Driver Licence
• Current Police Check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Current Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
• Third-party compulsory car insurance
• Two professional references
• A reliable, proactive, and positive approach
