Disability Support Worker

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:

We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to partner with our Female participant based in Tamworth, NSW who has sustained a Traumatic Brain injury.

Shifts Available:

• Monday 0730-1400
• Tuesday 0730-1400
• Wednesday 0730-1400
• Every Second Saturday 1600-2200
• Sunday 0730-1400

Pay Rates:

• Day - $38.75 per hour
• Afternoon - $42.63 per hour
• Saturday - $54.25 per hour
• Sunday - $69.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with Domestic Tasks including Cleaning & Meal Preparation
• Assistance with Community Access
• Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
• Assistance with Personal Care

Skills & Experiences:

• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
• NDIS Effective Communication Module
• Current National Police Clearance (Within 12 months of issue)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current NDIS Worker Screen check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver License
• Current WWCC
