Unidex Healthcare is seeking experienced disability support workers to assist in Rockhampton!

Duties

• Wound Care - skin checks
• Bowel Therapy - enema insertion and digital stimulation when required
• Personal Care - showering, dressing, hygiene, etc
• Domestic Assistance
• Prompting Medications
• Transport and accompanying for community access + health and rehab
• Capacity building and companionship

Skills and experiences

• Australian Driver License
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
• Administer medication
