About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a Domestic Support Worker to cover two ongoing shifts on Tuesdays in Chain Valley Bay and Lake Munmorah. The role involves assisting elderly clients with domestic chores to help them maintain a safe, clean, and independent home environment, while supporting wellness and reablement goals.

This is a casual ongoing position, with the potential to take on more shifts if desired.

Shift Times (Tuesdays Only):

• 2 hours set time from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EACH SHIFT)

Pay Rates:

• Weekday (Day): $33.29

Key Responsibilities:

• General house cleaning
• Washing and ironing clothes
• Dishwashing
• Changing bed linen and laundry tasks
• Unaccompanied grocery shopping (delivery to home)

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certifications
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of NDIS 'Worker Orientation' & 'Supporting Effective Communication' modules
• Working with Children Check
• Valid Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability
• Two current professional references
