The Role

Unidex Healthcare is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a male participant with a spinal cord injury.

This role involves delivering person-centred care across a 7-day roster, including assistance with daily living, personal care, manual handling, medication support, and community access.

Pay Rates

• Day: $39.25 per hour
• Afternoon: $43.18 per hour
• Saturday: $54.95 per hour
• Sunday: $70.65 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care support
• Domestic assistance
• Manual handling, including transfers
• Medication assistance in line with training and competency
• Community access support
• Stoma care

Skills & Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
• Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Current Blue Card and Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Effective Communication Module
• HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certificate
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
