The Role:
Early-50-year-old male of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander decent, sustained a SCI and has a pre-existing TBI. Loves Rugby, the outdoors, and attends church every Sunday.
Shifts available: Monday and Tuesday 7 am - 3 pm
Duties:
Wound care - skin checks
Personal care - showering, grooming, hygiene etc
Domestic care - cleaning, washing, meal preparation etc
Medication administration - self-administers insulin in the morning however is easily fatigued so may occasionally request for assistance
Transportation - community access, health related appointments, social events etc
Rate of Pay:
Day $38.75 per hour
Saturday $54.25 per hour
Sunday $69.75 per hour
Travel allowance- $0.99 per km when taking the client to appointments
