Disability Support Worker

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:

Our particpant is a male in his 50's who has sustained a TBI from a fall. He requires an experienced support worker to asssit with his daily appointments and mental health.

Shifts

AM: 7am -1 pm

PM: 1 pm-6 pm

• Day - $ 40 per hour
• Saturday - $ 56 per hour
• Sunday - $72 per hour
• .99c per KM for particpant related travel

Duties

• Assist with self care independance
• Assit with daily taks and activities
• Assistance to rehab appointments
• Domestic tasks

Skills and experiences

• Australian Driver Licence
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
• Administer medication
