Disability Support Worker

• $38.75 - $69.75 per hour

The Role:
We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to partner with a male participant who sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) based in Waterford West, QLD.

This role is on a casual on-going basis and looking to start as soon as possible.

Our participant requires 1:1 support from Tuesday to Sunday on the below times:

• Tuesday: 9am - 2pm
• Wednesday: 9am - 2pm
• Thursday: 9am - 4pm
• Friday: 9am - 3pm
• Sunday: 9am - 2pm
  
  Pay Rates:

• Day - $38.75 per hour
• Sunday - $69.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Community access to attend the gym, hydrotherapy, woodwork and social activities
• Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation/planning
• Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
• Assistance with medications
• Assistance booking appointments

Skills & Experiences:

• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
• NDIS Effective Communication Module
• Current National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current NDIS Worker Screen check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver Licence
• Current WWCC
