Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:
We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to assist our participant based in Branxton, NSW. Our participant is a lovely male who requires assistance around the home and accessing the community, particularly the gym.

The current care plan in place requires Monday - Friday support. The hours include:

• Day shift (9:00am - 1130am)

Times may vary slightly based on participant requirements.

Pay Rates:

• Day - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with gym program and community access
• Assistance with getting ready for the day

Skills & Experiences:

• Reliable, Proactive and Positive Attitude
• Interested In Fitness (not essential)
• Experience Working With Spinal Cord Injuries and Acquired Brain Injuries
• NDIS Effective Communication Module
• Current National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current NDIS Screening check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver Licence
• Reliable vehicle
• Current WWCC
