About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to assist a male participant based in Tara, QLD, who has sustained a traumatic brain injury. He requires support every Tuesday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene (when required)
• Domestic assistance
• Meal preparation
• Community access + health and rehab appointment

Pay Rates

• Day shift: $75.00/hour

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Australian Driver Licence
• Current Police Check
• First Aid & CPR certification (HLTAID011 and HLTAID009)
• Assist Clients with Medication (HLTHPS006)
• Current Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
• Third-party compulsory car insurance
• Two professional references
• A reliable, proactive, and positive approach
