The Role:
We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to join our company for various participants in Perth.

We are after support workers with various levels of experience. If you are able to fit some of the criteria below, please feel free to apply. We are seeking reliable and experienced support workers for this role.

Pay Rates:

• Day - $36.25 per hour
• Afternoon - $39.88 per hour
• Night - $40.60 per hour
• Saturday - $50.75 per hour
• Sunday - $65.25 per hour
• Public Holidays - $79.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care
• Assistance with catheter management
• Manual handling/Transfers
• Assistance with bowel therapy (administering enema and digital stimulation)
• Completing skin checks
• Performing Cough Assist as required
• Prompting/ Administrating Medication
• Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
• Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
• Community access + rehab appointments

Skills & Experiences:

• Australian Driver Licence
• Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communications Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current CTP Insurance
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude.
