0127 Plan Management
We are registered to help NDIS participants to manage their plan, including the engagement of providers, maintaining records, and a number of other administrative tasks. It can also include training of the participant to strengthen their ability to manage their supports. This also includes establishment of the financial management arrangements for managing of funding of supports.
0107 Assist-Personal Activities
This registration group typically includes assisting with (and/or supervising) personal tasks required for daily living. Services may include support around the home, maintenance, and helping develop participant skills. Activities may be carried out in such a way as to allow the participant to live as autonomously as possible.
Support items in this registration group include:
– Assistance With Self-Care Activities
– Assistance From Live-In Carer
– Assistance With Personal Domestic Activities
0114 Community Nursing Care
This includes provision of care, training, and supervision of a workers who responds to the complex care needs of a participant. Nursing may cover a range of care and supports, depending on the needs and plan of the participant.
0120 Household Tasks
Assistance with daily life, includes Supported Independent Living (SIL). This can include performing essential house, cleaning, laundry, food preparation, and yard activities that the participant is not able to undertake themselves.
0126 Ex Phys Pers Training
This registration group covers exercise physiology and physical wellbeing activities. These activities may include personal training, group training activities, advice regarding exercise, and other supports with regard to the impact of a participant’s disability.
0128 Therapeutic Supports
Including provision of therapists, multidisciplinary teams, allied health, individual and group counselling.
This may also include community engagement supports, to empower participants and improve interactions with their social networks. Therapeutic supports may help participants to achieve goals, gain insight into their lives, and make informed decisions.
