The Role:

Due to experiencing significant growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our internal team in our office located in Southport, Gold Coast. We're a young business with a strong foundation, and believe in a participant centric approach.

Our QLD participants primarily consist of individuals with high-complex care needs, mainly those with spinal and brain injuries. They require support from Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses.

This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting staff/care teams (Support Workers, ENs, and RNs) and managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Screening potential candidates, conducting reference checks, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Entering data into our CRM system and ensuring compliance with organisational governance.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive roster system to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Coordinating with the operations team to understand and adjust staffing requirements.
  • Handling and resolving rostering conflicts or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of staff availability, shifts, and leave.
  • Communicating effectively with staff and participants to ensure schedule clarity.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or have worked in the HR/Healthcare industry
  • Comfortable and professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
