Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Aged Care, Disability Services, Support Services, and Allied Health.

The Role:

Unidex Recruitment are urgently seeking Personal Care Assistant's to partner with a range of Aged Care Facilities based in the Bunbury region of WA.

The various shifts are: Morning: (6:00-15:00), Afternoon: (14:00-23:00) and Night: (22:00-7:00), Monday through to Sunday.

About You:

You are a dedicated and empathetic individual committed to delivering exceptional care to residents at our client's organization. Your primary goal is to enhance the lives of those they serve by offering tailored support and services. As a valued member of their team, you'll join a dynamic community-driven group dedicated to the well-being of thier residents.

The role is a casual ongoing nature which means no end date in sight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
• Assistance with domestic tasks.
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised care plan.
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities.
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Skills & Experiences:

• Australian Driver Licence
• Certificate 3 in Individual Support (As a minimum requirement)
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
• Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
• Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
• Must be available for immediate interview/start.
